Raj Chappidi - Founder& CEO

Raj is CEO of Advent Global since 2004, and an architect for rapid growth of Advent Global with several strategic initiatives and wide-ranging organization building. Raj has over 18 years of experience in IT industry. He is gifted with tremendous people skills. Prior to this role, Raj successfully lead several SAP implementations in United States and abroad. As a technical consultant, Raj was known for his strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving ability. Before founding Advent Global, he worked with multinationals like Siemens, L&T and Fujitsu. He holds Masters in Engineering from India. Raj lives in and works from Houston.

Lakshmi Nese - Founder & Executive VP

More than 18 years experience in IT industry. Lakshmi is Executive Vice President of Advent Global since 2004, and a main pillar for rapid growth of Advent Global. Lakshmi is known for passionate pursuit of big goals with relentless energy and huge appetite for venturing untrodden avenues. Lakshmi is a meticulous operations person, with keen eye on all facets of the organizational metrics. With down-to-earth disposition, Lakshmi has natural talent to bring in the brightest talent and he builds business plan around people for long-haul and collective gain. Prior to assuming executive management role in Advent Global, Lakshmi worked as team lead on several engagements for SAP implementation all over United States. Earlier in his career, Lakshmi also worked with multinationals like Allied, Waypoint, and L&T. Lakshmi holds Masters in Engineering from India. Lakshmi lives in and works from Chicago.

Kalyan N – Chief Operations Officer

With more than 12 years of IT experience as Business Intelligence consultant, Kalyan came to Advent Global as founding member of India operations. He has been instrumental in rapid growth of India operations for Advent Global. Prior to joining Advent Global, Kalyan worked for Xerox and Convergys. Kalyan lives in and works from Hyderabad, India.

Girish Ogirala – Head of Solutions

With more than 18 years experience in IT industry, Girish is known for his technical expertise in most modules of SAP and several Open Source technologies. A vivid technologist, he is largely responsible for internal work-flow and automation at Advent Global, and also a main architect for product portfolio at the group company – ERP Minds. Prior to this role, Girish worked as team lead on several engagements for SAP implementation all over United States and overseas. While being a technical consultant, Girish was known for his on-time, on-budget and superior quality of implementations. Girish holds Masters in Engineering from India. Girish lives in and works from Chicago.

Karthik Siva – Director of Sales

Karthik has been instrumental in growing the Advent Global's revenues in the last nine-plus years he has been with the company. He has over a decade of experience in business development, client-facing engagement, and revenue growth. At Advent Global, Karthik is instrumental in handling the West Coast client base, and has been tremendously successful in incubating and growing the firm's business. He has an MBA in MIS and a degree in Electronics and communications engineering. Karthik believes that there is only one way to deliver client expectations: by exceeding them. He lives in Fremont, with his wife and son.

Chet Mann – Director, Client Service

Chet has a decade of experience in IT industry. He has been with Advent Global since 2002, with responsibilities including development of strong client relationships and strategic planning. Prior to joining Advent Global, Chet has worked in ecommerce, telecom and management consulting companies in various marketing and sales roles. Chet is a MBA from United States and degree in Engineering. Chet lives in Houston, TX with his family.

Srinivas Veeramasu – Head of Corp Dev

Srinivas brings 19 years experience of the developing IT organizations with well-articulated organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Before joining Advent Global, Srinivas served in Mascon Global Ltd, as Vice President and helped play a key role in developing some key practice areas through acquisitions, which came to account for fairly significant percentage of the company’s revenues. Prior to that, he was the President/CEO of Goldstone Technologies Ltd, where he led the company from almost a near start-up to a well-known player in Legacy migration and Technical Support Outsourcing. As a President of the company, he also fueled the growth of the company through well-timed acquisitions for clients and markets. Prior to that Srinivas worked with TCS, Crompton Greaves and Mekins group in India, and also co-founded a consulting company that was eventually merged with Goldstone Technologies. Srinivas holds Masters in Engineering from India and lives in Virginia.

Ramana Puspala – Vice President, Operations (India)

Ramana is responsible for two business units in India - US Staff Augmentation & SAP Solutions. Ramana brings in 12+ years of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Profit Center Management experience. Since joining Advent Global in 2005, Ramana played a pivotal role in creating and running a scalable operation with AGS. He holds an MBA, specialized in Marketing, from Pune University.

Rao Vemula, Head of Innominds, USA

Rao co-founded Innominds in 1998. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, leader and a result oriented technology executive with a proven track record. Rao has more than 20 years of experience in building global companies to become leaders in their industries. Prior to Innominds, Rao has held senior level management and technology positions at IBM (Lotus), Novell, Pacific Bell, CMC and First Virtual Corp. He takes active role in leadership development and mentoring the company's future leaders. Rao earned an MS (Computer Science) from IIT, Chennai, India, and an MBA from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Divakar Tantravahi, Head of OPD Operations

Divakar co-founded Innominds in 1998 and has held senior level positions in software development and product management for over 19 years. Previously, he was the Managing Director, Everypath Inc. (India) and was responsible for delivering J2EE compliant Mobile Application Gateway and mobile enabling of web applications. Prior to Everypath, Divakar was a senior development manager at Informix where he was responsible for delivering various generations of database server products. He managed global engineering teams servicing clients in US and Japan leading product development and professional services teams in Hyderabad, San Jose, Tokyo and Toronto. He has set up new corporate entities, built peak performing teams and achieved critical business objectives including increased customer service levels and satisfaction. Divakar has an MS (CS) from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, USA.

Anil Kumar Katakam, Vice President, Product Development Solutions, India

Anil brings in over 16 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, operations and executive management. He built the revenue channels and developed markets in IT, Industrial automation and data acquisition systems. He also led key initiatives that powered the company’s entry into fast growth markets, including software solutions and design services. Anil has B.S (Electrical) from REC, Rourkela.

Marc Miller – Director (Marketing) – Premier Consulting Group

Marc is co-founder of Premier group and he is currently responsible for marketing the various competencies Advent. He attended Queens College, City University NY, graduated with a BA Degree in Economics in 1978. He also possesses a Master’s in Health Care Administration (MHA). Marc started his career at the Veteran’s Administration as a Management Analyst for various health care facilities. In 1990, he entered the software corporate sales arena and worked for a Desk Top Software publishing company called TimeWorks and then FutureSource, Software Company that developed Real Time Financial/Commodity Trading Systems. In 1996, went to work for Foundation Technology Services, an ERP consultancy focusing on PeopleSoft, Oracle eBiz and SAP. His role was to build up sales and eventually open up offices around the country, and this resulted in successfully building the company from 3 consultants to over 100.

Steven Ball – Director (Sales – Education & Government) Premier Consulting Group

Steve is one of the principals of Premier group since 2001, and he is currently looking after sales of Advent’s certain capabilities in education and government verticals. Steve graduated with an MBA (Finance) from Manhattan College. Since 1985 he has held various sales positions starting with Moore Corporation, which specialized in Print Management solutions. Since 1999, Steve has focused his efforts in consulting service and solution sales as it pertains to ERP such as Microsoft, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards. He joined Foundation Technology Services, an ERP consultancy focusing on PeopleSoft, Oracle eBiz and SAP to strengthen the sales-force. Over the years, he has built relationships with clients and brand names such as City of New York, State of New York, National Basketball Association, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Temple University, IBM, Oracle and ING Direct.

Surendra Hede – Head of APAC operations – Premier Consulting Group

Suren is responsible for APAC operations (headquartered out of Bangalore, India) of Advent’s PeopleSoft practice. Suren graduated in Statistics from Mumbai University, and further advanced his academics to include a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Apple Industries Ltd. He has been involved with technology for over 20 Years and his competencies encompass large systems development projects including around 15 years of ERP (PeopleSoft) product development for PeopleSoft (now Oracle), CMMi assessment and global Payroll domains. He has held various Project and PeopleSoft Competency leadership roles with organizations such as Consolidated Data Systems and vMoksha (India), PeopleSoft (Australia and USA), Foundation Technology Services & KanSoft (USA). Suren is very well connected with NASSCOM, Domestic Industry leadership and Oracle.

Madhu Madhavan – CEO, Premier Consulting Group

Madhu is responsible for strategy, practices, client-relationships and Alliances for Oracle, SAP and IBM technology and the Media, MARCOM and PSO verticals. He is a cost accountant (ICMA, India), holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Madras University along with a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering), and a Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design from NCC, UK. Since 1994, he has worked in various finance and technology roles as an Advisor, Consultant and Subject Matter Expert with global organizations such as Citibank India, Chemoleums ltd., JPMC, Franklin Templeton, Foundation Technology Services, WPP, and Publicis. His relationships include brand-names such as ING Direct, WPP, Interpublic Group, HAVI, Village Care of New York, Celgene Pharmaceuticals, Franklin Templeton, IBM, Oracle, SAP and HP. Madhu was personally responsible for the vision and execution of ‘Premier Adage’ – Premier’s flagship SAP Business All-In-One Solution for Media-MARCOM, and establishing a dual-shore delivery model for Premier.
