Context Labs, a company specialized in SAP delivery services from India, was acquired in March 2009. The unit has since been well integrated and now serves as a core for the Advent Global’s global delivery for SAP services.
Innominds, a company specialized and well-known in product engineering outsourcing, was acquired in July 2009, which now forms Advent Global’s cornerstone for our foray into this fast-growing market space. Advent Global provides comprehensive product engineering lifecycle services for software product companies – from product conceptualization, specifications, architecture, and design to the entire product development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support. Premier Consulting, an established enterprise solutions company with focus in Peoplesfot technology and media advertising vertical, was acquired in December 2009. Several satisfied & long-term clients, and a certified solution for media vertical help position Advent Global as a leading provider of technology solutions in this space.
Leveraging our significant presence in the US and India, we focus on building strong relationships with our partners and our clients. We take pride in the fact that over three-fourth of our revenue comes from repeat business.
