Flexible Engagement Models: Advent Global offers variety of engagement models for clients to choose from, depending on: Degree of project responsibility Location of the team Pricing model chosen Project Responsibility Complete Project: Advent Global takes complete responsibility of client’s project – essentially whole program management. Partial Project: This happens when clients prefer to outsource the parts of the project or initiative (development or implementation) to Advent Global. Specific Services: Clients may also consider outsourcing related activities of the project lifecycle, such as testing, documentation or external integration, but not the core project itself. Team Location Project team to be located at: Onsite: At Client’s location Offsite: At one of the Advent Global’s location, close to Client’s location Offshore: At one of Advent Global’s locations in India Hybrid: Combination of two or more of the above Pricing Fixed price: For well-defined requirements (or scope), Advent Global offers firm fixed price for the engagement, the payment terms of which is usually tagged to certain pre-defined milestones. Change-control procedures are usually followed to ensure projects stay on schedule. Time and material: When requirements are not mature or subject to change frequently, Advent Global offers Time and material (T&M) arrangement. The long cycle of communication and documentation required with fixed-bids and change orders can be avoided in this model. Combination models: Clients could start on a Time and Material basis while defining the requirements, and graduate to fixed-price model upon reaching definite clarity on scope. Risk-Reward Sharing models: Advent Global also partners with clients on risk-reward sharing basis – including, transactional pricing model, BOT, taking partial equity etc.
